The following standards have been set by the Special Projects Committee regarding grant recipients:

1. Priority will be given to military veterans requesting to be a Guardian.
2. Priority will be given to first time Honor Flight participants.
3. Applicant must be a PAN member in good standing for at least one year.
4. Applicant must be between the ages of 18-70.
5. Applicant must be able to physically assist their veteran and be willing to walk long distances, push veteran in a wheelchair, experience possible heat, cold, or wetness, and support a 20+ hour day including two flights.
6. Applicant may NOT be the spouse/significant other of a requested veteran.
7. Applicant must be willing to complete and submit a signed application to Honor Flight of West Central Florida.
8. Should there be more than 2 qualified applicants, priority will be based on the submission date of the PAN Guardian Application.
